TVN24 Online  – Polisi melakukan penangkapan terhadap seorang tukang ojek di Mampang berinisial A ( 48 ) karena melakukan pemerkosaan terhadap anak dibawah umur. Diketahui pelaku membawa korban ke sebuah hotel yang berada di kawasan Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan.

“Telah dilakukan penangkapan terhada seorang pelaku pemerkosaan terhadap anak dibawah umur berinisial A,” kata Kapolsek Pancoran kompol M Hari Agung Julianto saat memberikan keterangannya pada Kamis ( 14/9/17 ).

Penangkapan tersangka bermula dari adanya laporan dari korban berinisial AF mengenai pemerkosaannya di sebuah hotel pada Kamis ( 31/8/17 ). Korban sebelumnya sempat diajak jalan-jalan oleh pelaku dan dijanjikan untuk pergi ke alam surga.

“Sebelum pelaku mengajak korban ke hotel, pelaku sempat mengajak korban jalan-jalan dan menjanjikan korban untuk ke alam surga,” terang Hari.

Polisi kemudian melakukan penyelidikan pada kasus tersebut dan berhasil menangkap pelaku di sebuah mushala di Mampang Prapatan. Pelaku ditangkap saat sedang tidur di mushala tersebut.

“Setelah mendapatkan informasi dari pihak korban, yang bersangkutan sedang berada di mushala. Reskrim Tim I Polsek Pancoran kemudian mendatangi mushala tersebut dan berhasil menemukan pelaku yang sedang tidur didalam mushala di daerah Mampang Prapatan,” tutur Hari.

Polisi langsung membawa pelaku ke Mapolsek Pancoran untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan. Alasan pelaku nekad melakukan pemerkosaan terhadap korban karena ingin melampiaskan hawa nafsunya.

“Pelampiasan hawa nafsu pelaku karena dirumah tidak dapat menyalurkan hasratnya kepada istrinya,” ujar Hari.

Atas perbuatannya, pelaku akan di jerat dengan Pasal 81 UU RI nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak Jo Pasal 287 ayat 1 KUHP. ( TVN24 Online )
