TVN24 Online – Kepolisian Daerah Metro Jaya akan terus menelusuri kasus percakapan porno atau chat mesum yang di duga mirip Pimpinan Front Pembela Islam ( FPI ) Rizieq Shihab dan Firza Husein. Pihak penyidik dari Polda Metro Jaya akan masih memanggil sejumlah salsi serta melakukan pengujian barang bukti.
Pada hari ini, Selasa 25 April 2017, Tim penyidik Polda Metro Jaya akan segera memanggil Pimpinan Front Pembela Islam ( FPI ) Rizieq Shihab beserta dengan istrinya, Syarifah Fadhlun Yahya. Pemeriksaan Rizieq dan istrinya terkait dengan kasus chat mesum yang sempat viral beberapa waktu dulu.
“Iya benar, Besok ( hari ini ) jam 10.00 Wib,” kata Kepala Bidang Humas Polda Metro Jaya Komisaris Besar Raden Prabowo Argo Yuwono saat dikonfirmasi, Senin ( 24/4/17 ).
Kepala Humas Polda Metro Jaya juga mengakui bahwa tim penyidik dari Polda Metro Jaya telah melayangkan surat panggilan pada hari Sabtu, 22 April 2017.
Kasus chat mesum yang melibatkan Rizieq dan Firza bermula dari media sosial. Percakapan itu dilakukan melalui aplikasi media sosial Whatsapp. Keduanya terlihat sedang membicarakan hal hal syur dan intim.
Polda Metro Jaya juga sempat menyatakan bahwa kasus ini telah ditingkatkan statusnya dari penyelidikan menjadi penyidikan sejak Selasa, 31 Januari 2017 lalu. Kepala Humas Polda Metro Jaya Argo Yuwono juga menyebutkan pihaknya telah memeriksa beberapa saksi termasuk dari ahli yang bisa mendukung pada barang bukti.”Saksi sudah ada beberapa yang diperiksa termasuk dari saksi ahli,” kata Agro.
Dirinya juga mengungkapkan bahwa ahli antopometri dan digital forensik juga sudah dimintai keterangan untuk dapat mencocokan percakapan atau chat mesum yang di duga dilakukan oleh Rizieq Shihab dan Firza Husein dengan fakta yang telah berhasil dikumpulkan polisi.
Rizieq Shihab beserta istrinya, Syarifah Fadhlun Yahya direncanakan akan menghadiri panggilan tim penyidik Direktorat reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Metro Jaya pada hari ini, Selasa, 25 April 2017. ” Insyaallah akan datang,” kata kuasa hukum Rizieq Shihab, Kapitra Ampera saat dilakukan konfirmasi, Senin ( 24/4/17 ).
Selain Rizieq beserta istrinya, lanjut Kapitra, Tim penyidik Polda Metro Jaya juga memanggil pengurus FPI Muchsin Alatas untuk dimintai keterangannya.” Iya habib Muchsin juga telah dipanggil,” ujarnya.(TVN24 Online)
