“Kami dari awal sekali menyatakan bahwa Pemprov DKI tidak akan memberikan permodalan. Gerakan OK OCE tidak akan memberikan permodalan tetapu hanya memfasilitasi dengan bekerjasama dengan lembaga pembiayaan,”ujar Sandi.
