TVN24 Online – Wakil Ketua Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat ( DPR ) RI Agus Hermanto mengatakan, surat pencopotan Wakil Ketua DPR RI Fahri Hamzah dari Fraksi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera akan diproses setelah masa reses berakhir.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Agus untuk menanggapi masuknya surat dari Fraksi PKS, Senin ( 11/12/17 ) yang meminta pencopotan Fahri Hamzah dari Wakil Ketua DPR RI.
“Sekarang ini masih waktunya kami reses. Kemungkinan semuanya, termasuk penentuan Ketua DPR RI dari fraksi Golkar, akan ditentukan setelah berakhirnya reses,”kata Agus di Komplek Parlemen, Senayan, Jakarta, Selasa ( 12/12/17 ).
Agus juga mendengar bahwa surat tersebut telah disampaikan didalam rapat Badan Musyawarah ( Bamus ) DPR di ruang rapat pimpinan DPR, Senin ( 11/12/17 ).

Namun usulan tersebut belum ditanggapi karena masih adanya problem pergantian Ketua DPR RI yang belum selesai.
Agus menambahkan, pimpinan DPR tidak akan pernah mengistimewakan surat tersebut. Pimpinan DPR akan memprosesnya sesuai dengan ketentuan pada Undang-Undang nomor 17 Tahun 2014 tentang MPR, DPR, DPRD serta DPD ( UU MD3 ).
“Tentunya kami DPR dan dari Setjen semuanya akan disampaikan dan diproses sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada melalui Bamus,”katanya.
Fahri Hamzah sebelumnya telah dipecat PKS dari semua jenjang jabatan kepartaian. Keputusan pemecatan tersebut diambil di Majelis Tahkim PKS pada 11 Maret 2016 berdasarkan rekomendasi dari Badan Penegakan Disiplin Organisasi PKS.
Namun, sebagian gugatan dari Fahri Hamzah telah dimenangkan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan terhadap DPP PKS dalam nomor perkara 21/Pdt.G/2016/PN JKT Sel. ( TVN24 Online )
