TVN24 Online  – Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah ( BKD ) DKI Jakarta, Agus Suradika mengatakan, tim gubernur untuk percepatan pembangunan ( TGUPP ) selalu digaji dengan menggunakan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah ( APBD ) termasuk di era Basuki Thajaja Purnama atau Ahok. Dirinya membantah TGUPP telah dibiayai oleh dana perusahaan swasta.

“TGUPP tidaklah dibiayai swasta, ini yang dimaksud TGUPP yang di SK-kan pak Gubernur kan, bukan timnya pak Ahok kan, gajinya dari APBD,”kata Agus, Rabu ( 22/11/17 ).

Agus menjelaskan, gaji TGUPP mulanya dianggarkan di Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah ( Bappeda ) DKI Jakarta. Namun anggaran itu kemudian dialihkan ke Biro Administrasi Setda DKI Jakarta sejak 2017.

Pada saat era Ahok, Agus menyebutkan TGUPP berbeda dengan staf pribadi gubernur. Agus mengatakan tidak tahu persis sumber dana yang digunakan untuk mengaji staf pribadi gubernur. Yang pastinya gaji untuk staf pribadinya gubernur tidak menggunakan anggaran untuk TGUPP.

“Sangat beda antara TGUPP dengan staf. Satf pak Ahok seperti pak Michael banyak tuh teman-teman itu ya, itu langsung di rekruitmen oleh pak Gubernur,’kata Agus.

Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan sebelumnya ingin orang -orang yang bekerja dibelakangnya digaji dengan menggunakan APBD dan bukan dana perusahaan swasta. Dirinya juga meminta kepada wartawan untuk dapat membandingkan pembiayaan tim gubernur yang dulu dengan yang sekarang.

“Sekarang anda cek saja di berita-berita terdahulu, dulu dibiayai oleh siapa ? Coba bandingkan saja. Lebih baik anda bandingkan saja, dan liha dulu dibiayai oleh siapa, sekarang dengan siapa,” kata Anies , Selasa kemarin.

Dirinya juga tidak menjelaskan apakah yang dimaksudnya adalah staf pribadi Ahok. Dirinya hanya menegaskan bahwa penggunaan dana APBD untuk gaji timnya telah membuat mereka 100 persen kerja untuk Pemprov DKI Jakarta.

“Kan lucu secara kepegawaian ada dibiayai swasta, tapi keberadaannya di kantor gubernur,”kata Anies. ( TVN24 Online)
